Campus Health Care Center is a 100 bed Skilled
Nursing, Subacute and Rehabilitation facility.
Our goal is to provide comfortable living to all
who are in our care. Campus Health Care Center
is a contemporary Medicare and Medicaid approved
facility specializing in short-term
rehabilitation services. The rehab department
includes physical, occupational and speech
therapies. Our licensed professionals provide
comprehensive short-term medical and
rehabilitative care to persons of all ages.
Nearly all patients return home to continue
their rehabilitation. CHCC Home Health Care
offers specialized therapeutic services provided
by a team of professional including: nurses,
home health aides, physical therapists,
occupational therapists and speech – language
pathologists. campus Health Care also offers
respiratory therapy.
